Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the end of each consultation or when requesting a script or referral letter.
- Did Not Attend (DNA) fee applies if you miss an appointment without advising the clinic at least 30 minutes beforehand.
- Accounts unpaid by the end of the day will incur a $5 administration fee.
- Consultations over 15 minutes, or special procedures, may incur a surcharge.
- ACC consultations may have additional charges for materials or complex cases.
- To keep standard consultation fees low, a $5 account fee applies if payment is not made at the time of consultation.
